- Preliminary Information Systems Assessment
- This link provides access to information on the initial IST investigation of existing
information systems, the University's technical infrastructure supporting these systems,
and an initial survey of information systems in use elsewhere on campus.
- Business 1999 IST Report
- This report was prepared in September, 1996 by Jay Black, Associate Provost,
Information Systems and Technology, to provide the University's senior administration with
a high level summary of the Business 1999 project, its purpose, scope, initial
recommendations and implications.
- Business 1999 Plan
- The intensive planning to address the Business 1999 objectives began in late
September, 1996 and was completed in January, 1997. This page contains the IST summary
plan for all projects related to Business 1999, as well as pointers to all related
information.
- Year 2000 Issues and References
- This link contains information relevant to the Year 2000 situation at the University
of Waterloo, such as the frequently asked questions (FAQ) list, as well as providing
pointers to other related web sites. Information related to dealing with the Year 2000
