40th Anniversary Logos
Instructions for Accessing the 40th Logo
Macintosh:
1.Under the Apple on the Menu bar select Chooser
2.Double click on the Apple Share icon
3.In the Apple Talk Zones select dcs-et
4.Under the Select a file server box on the right hand side, select MACDEPOT
5.Click OK
6.A new box will appear asking you to select the items you want to use. Select Macdepot
7.Click OK
8.Double click on UW Crests.
9.Select View and by name
10.Go to the UW Crests box and double click on the 40th Anniversary folder
11.Two files will appear - 40thbw.eps and 40thbw.wpmac. Drag these two files to your desktop
Note: The file 40thbw.eps is for MS Word and the 40thbw.wpmac is for WordPerfect users.
PC:
To obtain a 40th Anniversary logo for use in Word or WordPerfect on a PC click on the logo
button below:
1.To copy the file, 40thbw.eps to your computer just click on the filename
2.Netscape will put up a menu box and you can click on Save File
3.Select the directory or folder where you want to save the logo and click on the Save box
You now have a black and white copy of the crest. Please note that this image will look a little odd in WordPerfect but will print fine. When you bring the image into WordPerfect make sure you use the Graphics menu and select Custom Box and then select your image. DO NOT use the Insert menu and the File... option.
