Conferences and Off-Campus Group Requests

Conferences

All ITMS booking requests, for conferences held on campus, are to be arranged through the Conference Centre. Contact Susanne Keppler, of the Conference Centre, at (519) 888-4567 ext. 35833.  Conference charges and operator charges for the use of AV equipment may apply, depending on the nature of the conference.  Please contact Dwight Schmidt at ext. 33257 for more information.

Off Campus Groups Requiring AV Equipment and Assistance

All groups not affiliated with the University of Waterloo, wishing to use UW facilities and services, must make all arrangements through the bookings office. Contact Donna Schell in Bookings or call 888-4567 ext. 32207.  We do not give off campus groups access to the equipment in the electronic classrooms, the use of one of our operators is required and conference charges will apply both for the operator and the equipment.
