Who We Are

Instructional Technologies and Multimedia Services (ITMS) is an academic support unit of Information Systems and Technology (IST) at the University of Waterloo. Our primary objectives are to enhance the delivery of course material, and to provide resources and technical services to both the physical classroom and the online learning environment. We also provide production assistance with departmental and special events.
