E-Classroom & AV Tech Support

Our technical staff are responsible for the planning and installation of electronic classrooms. We are available to respond to calls when emergency assistance is required. We do maintenance and repair work to our equipment and do provide this service to other departments as well when time allows. Training and demonstrations are provided free of charge, please call ext. 33233 in advance to set up an appointment.

Please note: You will require a key to access the equipment in the registrar's electronic classrooms.  Keys can be obtained for a term or more if necessary or a temporary key can be arranged as well.  For term keys, come to MC 1052, we'll fill out a key permit which you then take to key control and a key will be issued to you for the term.  If you only require a temporary key for just a day or so, you can sign out one of those directly from the staff in MC 1052, no need for a permit or to go to key control.
