We have many workshops to assist you in many different areas including:

Anti-Stress Hour

Join us for an informal small group discussion about strategies for coping with the stresses of university life, followed by practice in a relaxation technique.

No sign-up required – just drop in. Students, Staff and Faculty are all welcome! Our groups run with a range of numbers from 6 thru 20 persons. Come one, come all and take an hour for yourself and take a break!
