
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP*) is a service providing help to employees and/or dependents who experience personal difficulties in their day to day life. Including:
The sole decision to use this service is decided by the employee. We ensure that there is continuation of normal salary and benefits while an employee pursues counselling until the problem is resolved.
EAP is highly endorsed by UW and anyone experiencing a problem is encouraged to use the service. Any feedback from you on how we can improve the program or arrange a seminar on a particular topic would be greatly appreciated.
As part of our on-going efforts to enhance communications, the EAP committee is using mass-email communications, the Daily Bulletin and our EAP website to announce upcoming EAP sessions and events.
