Remember: You won't have access to the online learning system (the LEARN system) until your registered status on Quest is “Fees Arranged.” On Quest, go to Finances> Account Inquiry>and then click on Spring 2012 to view your Registered Status at the top of the page.

University of Waterloo charges fees to your student account one term at a time. You need to "arrange your fees" every academic term.

Our primary way of communicating with you regarding your student account is by e-mail to your uwaterloo.ca e-mail address. Be sure to check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder in case our e-mails are landing there.
