How do I increase the font size in my web browser?

For Internet Explorer Users

Click on the "View" menu at the top of the browser window and select "Fonts." Then select your desired size, ranging from "Largest" to "Smallest."

Hot Key:  Control + move the scroll button on the mouse

To change the default size, click on the "View" menu and select "Internet Options." On the "General" tab, click on the "Fonts" button near the bottom of the dialog box. In the new dialog box, select your desired font size, ranging from "Smallest" to "Largest." Click "OK" to close the dialog boxes.

For Netscape Navigator Users

There are two ways to increase the font size:

  1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and hit the "]" key until the text reaches the desired size. (Note: "Ctrl" and "[" will decrease the font size.)
  2. Click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser window and select "Preferences." Then click on "Fonts" under "Appearance in the upper left corner of the dialog box. Select your desired font size on the right. To make sure that all websites will always appear with your desired font size, click on the button labelled, "Use my default fonts, overriding document-specified fonts." Click "OK" to close the dialog box
