Internet

Internet at St. Paul’s is free through the University of Waterloo’s ResNet internet service. You may arrange an alternate cable internet service through Rogers at your own expense.

Before you arrive you should make sure your computer is set up and you are familiar with the internet service available.

Dates & Procedures

Please review the Graduate Tenant Guidebook before you arrive so you understand what is expected of you as a tenant.

Move-in dates are specified on your apartment lease or suite agreement. These dates are set as close as possible to the beginning of the month of a new term.

You may move in any time after 2 pm on the first day of your agreement period, as indicated on your contract, and not before. If you will be arriving after this date or after 4 pm, please contact Jenn Laughlin to arrange for a staff member to assist you.

All tenants will be required to sign a Key Sign-In form. Your keys will be issued to you once all your documents are signed and you may then take possession of your unit.

Please note that there are no storage facilities available at any time.

Documents

Apartment tenants will be required to sign a Lease and a Termination of Lease Agreement. As well, a corresponding Appendix A and Appendix B will be provided to you, outlining the rules and regulations to which you are obligated in your agreement.

If you are living with a spouse or other dependents, you must provide their names to St. Paul’s prior to your move-in date. Your spouse and/or co-occupant’s name will also appear on the lease and they will be required to sign all legal agreements as well.

Suite tenants will be issued the corresponding Appendix B outlining the rules and regulations set forth by St. Paul’s. The name(s) of your suitemate(s) will be available at this time.

Cable Television

Each unit is "cable-ready" -- it is equipped with wiring for cable television. If you wish to subscribe to cable TV, please contact Roger's directly at 1-888-764-3771.

You will be billed directly by Rogers for your cable service.
