Note: St. Paul's Graduate Students Apartments are considered a "student residence" (line 6114) for Ontario tax credit claims.

Payment Deadlines

Apartment Tenants

A deposit equal to your first month’s rent is required with your signed contract. Monthly rent payments are due on or before the first of each month. Payment is accepted by cash, debit card or cheque. Your initial deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent.

Suite Tenants

A $500 deposit is required with your signed contract. Term fees are due on or before the first day of September, January and May. Interest at a rate of 1.5% compounded monthly is charged on overdue fees. Your deposit will be applied toward your first term suite fees.
