Basic Residence Fees

Double Room

Fall term 2012 - $4,745
Winter term 2013 - $4,745
Spring term 2013 - $4,345

Single Room

Add $350/term
The single room fee will be added whether you are in a single room by choice or by default

Your fees include

  • local telephone service and voice mail
  • high-speed internet on uWaterloo's "resnet"
  • full pay-one-price meal plan (reduced meal plan for Spring term)

Additional fees

  • Activity Council fee (mandatory)  $25/term
  • Levy to support Refugee Students (voluntary)   $30/term

Your $500 deposit

  • Is deducted from your residence fees

Fee Deadlines

Please refer to the Residence Payment Instructions document for all payment details. The balance of your residence fees is due:

For Fall term: on July 31
For Winter: on December 7
For Spring: on April 11
