Preliminary Tree Inventory of University of Waterloo Campus.

Abstract

This is preliminary tree inventory of the southern part of U of Waterloo campus. The report contains detailed explanation of the system that was studied, and an explanation of the procedures which were employed for the inventory. The results are discussed in terms of percentage of species in study area, the health of the species and general landscape patterns. Concludes that study area lacks diversity, with the majority of species being exotic. Recommends policy guidelines to the University regarding trees.
