Registration

To place your child on the waiting list for a space at HMN, please print the registration form (pdf format) (doc format) and mail it, along with the registration fee, to Hildegard Marsden Co-operative Day Nursery (address below). You may alternatively complete the form electronically and send it via e-mail.
